Another successful order from Pixtrix. Thanks again for the professional packaging, superb service and the excellent finished product. I order four canvas prints and they are all very professionally made without any deterioration in the colour of my photos. They are going to make superb Christmas presents. I sincerely recommend this company to anyone who wants a good all round product and service.

Got a great deal - easy to order -sadly was let down by Royal Mail - but Pixtrix made up for that in bucket loads! Pulled out all the stop to ensure a picture arrived - great quality - and brilliant customer service (thanks Judy) above and beyond the call of duty !!! Sue. London SE9 .

I received my two prints yesterday after ordering them in July! Very please with them, totally worth the wait and great customer service on your part with updates of order and apologies for the delay. Greatly appreciated and I will certainly be ordering again!

have ordered and received two canvas prints. First was reasonably quick, second a long six week delay. Am now waiting for third. However - they are beautifully executed prints. Thank you - worth the wait. I have just ordered the fourth as I am so pleased with first two. Regards to all.

I ordered two canvas pictures with a groupon deal, for my mums wedding anniversary- leaving what i thought was enough time for 15 days delivery.. Unfortunately the day before i needed my pictures, they had not arrived, but on calling customer services, they promised me they would be with me next day ..As promised, beautiful pictures, very well done and packaged brilliantly delivered to my work...very happy...the deal was a steal!!I would definately recommend. Thank you for making our day today!!

Like all of the above, I had nothing but excellent customer service and advice quickly and with no fuss from the company. The canvas arrived much quicker han the 15 day lead time and my brother is very pleased with it!

I purchased a wowcher for a canvas and i chose the 15 day delivery option. It took longe than the 15 days. I e-mailed customer service and within 24 hours they e-mailed me back to let me know that orders are being delayed because of so much work coming through. It did arrive a week later after my email and i wans't dissapointed either it was worth the wait and delay it was beautiful made with vibrant colours. Myself and my husband are so please as it was a picture of us on our wedding day and its gone nice on the wall. THANK YOU FOR FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND DOING A FANTASTIC JOB ON THE CANVAS!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL DEF ORDER AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE

I ordered 2 canvas pictures from 'a holiday of the lifetime' via Wowcher deal and as soon as I received the voucher I ordered the prints. After the delivery failed to arrive in 15 working days I contacted the customer services via email and they emailed me within 24 hours notifying me of the delayed deliveries due to large numbers of orders. From there on it didn't take long, a couple of days and my orders have been dispatched and following day received. I liked the way the packaging was arranged, (kind of a pizza box with a clear sign of being careful whilst opening it). The pictures are of exceptional quality, the colours really stand out and the details on them are amazing. Now I can't wait for the moment to put them up on the wall after painting the walls. All the waiting in the end paid off and I'd like to thank you very much for your service and quick response to my email. I will recommend you any time.

Thank you for your lovely comments (and those about our late delivery are noted!). Unfortunately, when we're very, very busy our processing times increase. We now have new policies in place to avoid unhappy customers due to late delivery!

I had my first pretty large-sized canvas print done in May via a Living Social promotion and took it all the way to California as a gift for a friend. He loved it! The quality and detail were excellent. And I even managed to change its delivery to my work place at short notice, so the canvas could make the flight with me. One question though: I've watched your guide on how to apply special effects and tried it myself, but there is no option on your editor on how to turn a photo into a Comic Art print. Please advise!

Thanks for your feedback, it's much appreciated! With regards to the Comic Art - could you forward the image to info@pixtrix.co.uk and we will see what we can do. The comic art effect is usually done manually (rather than with automated software).

Bit slow on delivery, would advise letting people know if you are busy due to voucher offer.

Judi in Customer Services is very helpful and pleasant and responds quickly to e-mails.
The delivery time is a little long but they were well worth the wait so no big problem.
